Of course 360 fans will rip it somehow because it's not getting Bioshock scores.
What they mean is that they don't have huge hitters. I'm sure and everyone is sure they have games. Even crap games. These 2 new RPG's could be overlord quality.
The game has great looks and presentation and story. I'm buying. PS3 doesn't need AAA, they just need good original games. Not ports of 360 games.
AAA will probably be Unreal III and Haze.

I don't know, I think you can argue the exact opposite, that a lot of people aren't ready to jump to next gen yet and if they keep adapting the PS2, it will keep the influence on the Sony brand of consoles strong. Until PS3 has more games and is priced more affordable.
I don't think you can know for sure what is right nor wrong here.
Who knows you know, if the game tanks they might need more sales and port it over to the 360 for more sales. But this is overblown. 360 won't have any MGS4 power.
But the reviews of 5.0 scared me. Either way I'm picking this game up first day.
I have my own eyes, and I've seen the videos and screen shots. Just the graphics alone deserve higher than 5/10.
Madden 08 on PS3 was just a sloppy rushed port from XBOX 360. If Gears of War runs at 30 Frames per second, I find it hard to believe that Madden 08 on PS3 at times visibly freezes for a whole second because it's running at 30 frames per second.

fanboys will pick up on this, like it's a bad thing that it's 30FPS. When the developer is saying otherwise. Gears of War is 30FPS. No one said anything about gears of war shuttering and slowdown. They just said it was the greatest game known to man. So Why is Madden such a problem at 30FPS?
I'm confused myself, maybe we're just stupid fanboys who don't undertsand sh*t. But in fanboy land this is our definition of frame rates ever since Madden populized it.

Haven't seen FIFA 08 in action yet. But I do have FIFA 07 for PS2 and this new Pro Evo totally owns it visually anyway.
